So I know that this probably has been done but I haven't seen anyone do it on any of the many wonderful blogs I read. Here is my chart for this month.... before you say anything... yes it is on my computer and it is really colored and it really is in a spreadsheet that will auto Tally the difference in the temperature. I know it is a little obsessive but hey, if you are in need of a really cool BBT chart, I will email it to you. lol. I was hoping for some advice this morning.
I have been reading many of the blogs and they say that right after O, they begin their progesterone. Well I have the suppositories in the fridge but the doctor didn't specify when to begin them. I was also wondering the same thing about the baby aspirin. I am getting conflicting stories. Okay and the last thing that we have all been waiting for was the temp spike this morning. Well as you can see on cd20, it did rise .6 degrees and that is well within the limitations. It had fell so low before.... anyway you can see. Let me know what you think the master ovaries did this month. lol.
I wanted to say hello and thank you to all who read yesterday and saw the wonderful georgous pictures of Jake. He appriciates being the center of attention. lol. He said thank you to all of you for the comments.

Thanks for your encouraging comment, and bless you for dealing with 12 yrs of IF. UGH. Thank goodness for your beautiful son huh?
Anyway, I'm not sure I completely understand the chart you've made, but if I do, it does look like that temp is well within normal range for your temps. If this is the case, then I would say you probably haven't O'd yet. Obviously though, that's just a simple opinion, and anything could be happening. But in my experience, if a temp raise is within normal ranges for me, it never means O until I have a raised temp at least a few points above overall normal.
I definitely wouldn't take the progesterone until after confirmed O though so as not to mess up possible O. You should be ok in the beginning of the ovulation anyway to wait a bit.
GL!
